Delivery, return, refund and warranty

If you are not happy with an item you purchased, or if there was an error with your order (and it meets the return requirements below), it can be returned at any time. within 30 days of the delivery date. Please proceed as follows:

We ship to all of Canada. Delivery costs are based on the products purchased. However, for certain regions additional charges may apply. The delivery time is on average 3 to 5 working days.
We will not accept any USED or INSTALLED items. No Product returns at reduced prices during a promotion or clearance. Make sure the product is in its ORIGINAL condition and returned in its ORIGINAL packaging. Make sure that the product is returned with all accessories, instructions / documents, parts and the material packaging with which it was sent. Please note that refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the product is returned, received and inspected. Poidium Trailer will not compensate for damages incurred during installation, use of the product or reimbursement due to labor charges. After receiving your return, please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund transaction to be completed and an additional 7 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement (times may vary by institution financial).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All shipments for which re-routing must be returned to sender for unforeseen reasons will be charged (max shipping rate $ 100.00 + tx) If you were not present during delivery, your package will be sent to a local drop-off for pickup (the number of days may vary depending on the transport company). If your package exceeds the number of days allowed for drop-off, your package will automatically be returned to the original shipping location. Return costs as well as those of the initial shipment will be billed to the customer. (Max shipping rate $ 100.00 + tx).
Inspect the package (s) upon arrival. Any damage due to transport must be noted and reported to our company in order to file a claim with the courier. If your order arrives with damage, you can refuse the shipment. If this happens, please take pictures of the damaged product and immediately contact our customer service specialists and will ship the same item to you as soon as possible. If you discover that the product is damaged AFTER opening the packaging, please take photos of the damaged product and contact our customer service specialists. We will schedule a pickup and a replacement will be processed as soon as we have confirmation that the item has been picked up from you. To ensure you receive your replacement product as quickly as possible, we ask customers to provide - One or more pictures of the damaged packaging or items - The order number lost in transit If for any reason you do not not receive your purchase and an order tracking number has been provided, please notify us immediately. We will work with the transport service to locate the package and get it to you as soon as possible. In most cases, the carrier will be able to locate your package and have it delivered within 1 or 2 business days - however, if the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will make arrangements to ship your order..
